MATERIALS:
Concrete Hardener (one pack water based concrete floor hardener) and Cure & Seal (a chlorinated rubber
curing and sealing compound) are available from Construction Chemicals.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
The surface to be treated must be clean r0a/nd sound and be free of oil dusts, dirt, grease, water puddles and other
contaminants. New concrete shall have cured for 14 days.

WORKMANSHIP:
Apply products in accordance with the manufacturers written instructions and good trade practice.

APPLICATION:
Apply two coats of Concrete Hardener at a 4-6 hour interval between coats. Let the final coat dry for 24 hours then wash the surface thoroughly with water and a broom. Let dry thoroughly (24-48 hours) and apply two coats of Cure & Seal, allowing 2 hours drying time between coats
